Volunteer Requirements
We're looking for volunteers who are at least 15 years old and can commit to a few hours or shifts during the festival. Before the event, you'll need to attend a brief orientation to get familiar with everything.
Volunteers will be helping with various tasks, like assisting artists, guiding attendees, helping with setup and breakdown, and parking. If you have any physical limitations, just let us know.
We’re looking for friendly folks who can interact well with the public, artists, and other team members. As a thank you, all volunteers will receive a festival t-shirt!

No! The event is open to Lake Clarke Shores and its residents featuring artists from Lake Clarke Shores and Palm Beach County and yes, the works are for sale!
Look for the 2025 date for the event and then follow this link to the Call for Artists webpage that includes the submission process, the criteria, associated fees, and display requirements.
Food trucks will be available for drinks and meals. The childrens' playground will be open for their pleasure. Parking may be limited so please carpool.
Minimum age of 15 years old. Must be available and commit to a certain numbers of hours or shifts during the festival. Must attend a mandatory orientation. Must be willing to take on specific duties such as assisting artists, directing attendees, helping with setup and breakdown and parking. Let us know if you are have any physical limitations. Volunteers should be able to interact with the public, artists, and other staff in a professional and friendly manner. Volunteers will be given a festival t-shirt.
